Peter Flanagan, President and CEO

Peter is the founder and CEO of Ubiterra, and the visionary for the company’s flagship product UbiSeis, a breakthrough innovation in seismic data management using cloud-based technology. Mr. Flanagan is a founder of two successful seismic software companies, Parallel Geosciences, and Reflection Software, home of SeisVision. More recently he co-founded Transzap, home of the cloud-based Oildex software and transaction processing service for the oil and gas industry. Major oil and gas companies around the globe utilize the software and services provided by each of these companies . Peter started his career as a geophysicist at BP Amoco in 1983.  He holds an MS degree in geophysics from University of Arizona.

Nancy Hamilton, CFO

Ms. Hamilton joined Ubiterra as CFO in May, 2012. She has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience and serves as the Company’s CFO. She has held executive financial positions for numerous software companies in the Denver-Boulder area. Most recently she was CFO for Local Matters, Inc., a multinational, Denver-based software company for the Yellow Pages industry.

Dutch Thompson, Vice President

Dutch joined Ubiterra in April, 2012, to lead the company’s operations and guide product development and application testing. Mr. Thompson has a B.S. degree in Geology, and worked as a geophysicist for BP Amoco for 17 years, in wide variety of assignment in Denver, Houston, and Cairo, Egypt. In 1995, he joined Landmark Graphics as the technical sales support manager for SeisVision within the GeoGraphix division. In 1998, he became Geophysical Product Manager within the GeoGraphix division. He left Geographix shortly after it was acquired by LMKR. Mr. Thompson holds a B.S. degree in Geology.
